Restrictive Covenants

The board is working to update our restrictive covenants to better address the new pressures that are present for realestate in this area. 

The intent is to protect and maintain the ambiance and uniqueness that makes our neighborhood special.

2025 will be the year we will be asking the community to vote on this update
